A reputable client required a large service yard to reduce storage and transport pressures. KDS undertook design and build of the project to convert derelict land adjacent to the main site, into a concrete service yard. Elements included drainage into adjacent ditch via headwall, attenuation tank, separator tank, septic tank, slabbing and fencing as well as providing detailed designs and information to aid in obtaining permits for planning and discharge consents with local authority.
