Working within a running factory, we installed a foundation for a can washing machine. KDS undertook all the design and construction based around the machine manufacturers details, and worked closely with them and the client to delivery a very high tolerance project. Works included forming reinforced concrete bunds and sumps and finally a chemical resistant resin coating to the client’s corporate colours, which gives a great looking finish. The biggest challenge was maintaining the high expectations of site cleanliness as we were working within a plant that supplies to the food and drink industry.
